About this event
Meet at 11:15 am to start hiking at 11:30 am. Please be on time. It is getting too chilly to wait for late arrivals. If the park gate is open meet at the lot at the bottom by the lake. If the gate is closed we will meet in the parking lot near the entrance. This is a fairly level hike, but there are lots of roots and rocks covered by many, many leaves (it is Fall!) so plan accordingly and be prepared. The trails here tend to be muddy, hiking footwear required, gaiters and poles recommended. Hike Leader: Mark Lassman, 860-402-0382.
