4/14/23 is the deadline to be included in the Saturday night dinner.  If staying at the lodge, you are automatically included unless you opt out.  If you reserve a bed after 4/14/23 or if you are not staying at the lodge, you must let Betsy Gaudian know if you are coming to the dinner.

Things to know:
1) There will be a PIGGER Competition. Find or create your UNIQUE pig costume or create a PIGGIE table decoration. A winner will be chosen. Judging by the Weekend “CREW".🐖   2) Volunteers needed. Calling new members and ye ole members. Notify Betsy of your willingness to help Saturday eve, specifically by Friday April 14th.  Contact Betsy at BetsyGaudian@comcast.net. 3) If you are staying at the lodge, it will be assumed you are eating there Saturday night (price to be established by the cooks).  Notify Betsy if this is NOT the case. 4) If you are NOT staying at the lodge and you WISH TO join the dinner party Saturday night, please notify Betsy by Friday April 14th (the sooner the better so you do not forget). 5) Betsy will provide dinner Friday night if there are enough people interested.  Contact Betsy Gaudian (BetsyGaudian@comcast.netby Friday 14th if you wish to participate in dinner which will be available from ~ 6 pm to 8:30 pm.         MENU:  Lasagna, a dietitian’s toss salad (lots of good stuff), and decadent dessert. 6) The Weekend is BYOB. 7) Ron, Moe and Peter will be cooking Saturday night.  A limited number of appetizers are needed.  If you are going to bring an appetizer, contact one of the cooks to let them know what you are bringing.  Deserts are not needed. 
        MENU:  Grilled pork tenderloin, chicken and sides, along with appetizers and dessert.
