MTL Club Race & Interclub Race at Okemo
Registration is not Required
The Interclub race and the MTL Club race will be February 11, 2023 at Okemo. This is an all ages and ability race, both skiers and snowboarders. You need to have a valid EPIC Pass or Day Ticket/Pass, and the race fee is $16/person paid in cash on the day of the race. At this time, the race fee for youth racers will be paid by the club! Your two race runs on the NASTAR course at the clock tower base lodge will also be used for your Club race results. Two runs best time counts.
The race organizers are planning to offer a race clinic on Friday approximately 10:00AM -1:00PM. Again you need to have a valid ski pass or lift ticket, and the clinic fee will be under $15/person. If you are interested in attending the clinic, please indicate so in your information.
After the Interclub race awards are handed out at the Okemo Clock Tower base lodge slope-side, MTL racers will meet at the MTL ski lodge for pizza and youth awards presentations. Adult Club Awards are presented at the Annual Banquet.
The race organizers will also be offering their after party at the Lysoby's home. This event is free with everyone bringing a potluck appetizer or dessert. Desserts are mostly needed at this time. If any MTL members wish to attend the Lysobey party, please indicate so in your information.
Now it is time to build the official roster for the race directors. If you, or youth members, or children/grandchildren of club members, are planning to race, Art will need the following information from ALL Participants. Deadline is 4:00PM, Monday, February 6, 2023!
