Annual Pig Roast

It's that Time of Year!! Spring is just around the corner, warmer days, flowers blooming, and time to attend the annual Pig Roast Weekend at the Lodge. This year's Pig Roast Event will be held Friday, May 20 - Sunday, May 22. Please see attached flyer for all the details. And make Lodge reservations online. Tentative (Menu and Price TBD): Pork tenderloin, chicken, baked beans, spicy peanut noodles, coleslaw, green salad, corn bread, with ice cream sundae bar for dessert prepared by chefs Ron Scardacchi, Moe Gaherty and Peter Piwarzyk. There are 4 members bringing appetizers and 2 bringing additional desserts - so Janet does not need anyone else bring food. NOTE: If you are staying at the Lodge, unless you notify Janet, it will be assumed you will be participating in the Saturday dinner and charged accordingly. If you are not staying at the Lodge, you are more than welcome to join us but PLEASE let Janet know that you are coming by MAY 14th (Pre-registered attendees ONLY - by email/phone to Janet Poppel). A Maximum of 50 guests will be seated for dinner!
